i got so many different explanation about the dog part, can u clearly tell me what happened actually with the dog?

well in summary juyeon brought a dog over to the apartment that him and jiwook are staying in, then made jiwook get fucked by the dog in the ass as punishment for his behavior. its disgustingly detailed and just in general the fact that bestiality was added together with the copious amounts of rape is just gross.

Omg… I just readed by someone, the dog only licked his penis and ass, but the F part was totally not added. God… this event takes place in the near or distant future? I hope the manhwa not gonna adapt this dog scene.

i got this summary from someone else bc i skimmed thru this scene so i might be wrong but it most likely wont get adapted as the author changed this chapter with a replacement where it was an automatic sex machine instead

Juyeon is not codependent on jiwook, more like jiwook is the one who wouldn't be able to survive if juyeon throw him away, by end juyeon graduate and his father have company, he basically rich and jiwook is one who doesn't have job and dropped out, have mental issues and basically can't live by himself with out juyeon, juyeon made him like that but saying juyeon codependent on jiwook cuz he obessed with him is just ridiculous, juyeon can throw jiwook any time he didn't even move when other men rped jiwook he doesn't care

my comment states that theres codependency in the relationship, never that juyeon is codependent on jiwook. jiwook is DEFINITELY codependent on juyeon.

Okay tbf Juyeon is also codependent. Just because he doesn’t rely on Jiwook to literally survive like Jiwook has to for him doesn’t mean the trauma bond/codependency isn’t there on his part. It’s more apt to say that Juyeon’s codependency comes out dishonestly. Juyeon tells himself that he’s taking responsibility for Jiwook, but he’s still emotionally clinging to him. Even the gang rape was out of a need to prove that he could be as heartless as Jiwook was to him.

i honestly wasnt sure if he was codependent on him so i didnt make a direct statement…honestly im still not sure as while juyeon cant live without jiwook, he can still independently function.

I think I know why juyeon was originally afraid and intimidated by jiwook, like when juyeon first visited jiwook in hospital after he learned that he got amnesia, he tried to start again with jiwook, but jiwook literally said that he was looking for man embrace and basically threatened juyeon with rape again, that moment made juyeon intimidated that's when that gang guy approached juyeon for revenge and basically trained him to be physically powerful then jiwook, jiwook was a shadow of juyeon trauma, being able to have control over the cause of your trauma and have him be at your mercy and demand is empowering to rape victims, that's what I think juyeon obessastion over jiwook come from

But in the end of the novel, Jiwook will gain back his memory and he can remember everything he did and really regretting everything and they seek therapy together and have a weird love-like relationship is it right?

i cant tell if your joking or not but even if jiwook shows regret for his past actions, the twisted relationship shared between juyeon and jiwook still remains. They attempt therapy (but jiwook doesnt want it, most likely as he doesnt want to feel that he “has issues”), and jiwook is still terribly dependent on juyeon. Sure, they love each other, but theyre forever entangled in an abusive relationship. But at the end of the day its how you percieve the ending so idk ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Don’t get me wrong or jump on conclusions. This is an another thing what I read by someone. Nothing else.

I still and believe that their is no love between those two, in first place jiwook did what he did out his own internal homophobia and how he felt regarding juyeon confessing to him, and by end of the novel their scene where jiwook say something homophobic again and juyeon say that even when he desire his touch and rough treatment and wear the collar he still say homophobic stuff, jiwook also always afraid and tremble near juyeon, he also very aware of juyeon and will start self harming himself cuz juyeon going to always glare at him and ignore him so he will skip his medication and then when he hurt himself juyeon will show concern and cuz that jiwook will start harming himself to get juyeon attention which will result in juyeon scolding him so jiwook will tell him why he hate him and juyeon will deny hating him but in reality is their any love between those two, I don't think so

Your lucky that this isnt manga, because the Japanese always adds crazy parts to everything...

Like I said, codependency doesn’t always mean that they need each other like a limb, or that the codependency is even equal. Jiwook by the end depends on Juyeon for his survival, since he’s too broken and unwell to live on his own. Juyeon has a lot more agency and has the power to discard Jiwook if he wanted to, but never tries to move on. I don’t think he can. And both of them recognize that their relationship is unequal and fucked up, hence why the author has said that they would never want to find each other in another life lol. But they’re ultimately resigned to staying together forever.

This is pretty surface level imo. YES, Juyeon wanted revenge and yes he wanted to subjugate Jiwook to relieve his own pain and trauma, but some of you guys take the “No-Love” tag the series has too literally. Jiwook did not “literally” say he wanted a man’s embrace lol. He was in disbelief that he could’ve ever fucked a boy and teased Juyeon by insinuating that if he were to, it would be a boy like Juyeon. It wasn’t quite a rape threat, but it was sexual harassment. Made even more sinister by the fact that Juyeon was his victim and he just didn’t remember it. They’re not conventional lovers at all, boiling it down to just love or hate is watering down their relationship.
