maybe its the manhwa pacing since they always need to make it shorter than novel pace? but we also gotta remember that ppl like chase who are like traumatized and have like a mental health history, its not always linear, mentally it always fluctuates. being sexually active doesn't like mean oh they're okay for good, its like bipolar one moment to the next
Yeah I know, I just meant that they really didn't give us more time to kinda see how it was affecting him, just a little bit of his thoughts and then everything escalated to the point where he was abt to end himself
I think we see it as dramatic bc the story didn't really gave us a rising action, like, a few chapters ago they were fucking, and they only gave us 2 chapters (chronologically a few hours) to give us an idea of how Chase was feeling. I think the situation just escalated too quickly, it went from the beginning to the climanx in just a few panels.
