It's not the kindness but the fact that he gets too close to ppl, sometimes breaking into their comfort zone. Even if it was out of good intentions, i would feel uncomfortable too if a guy suddenly got too close to me. Not to mention how his partner would feel seeing it all the time.

Damn I'm getting flamed, I meant that Suou was jealous because Sei treats everyone with kindness and it made Suou feel "just like everyone else" and not special to Sei.
That's not what Suou had problems with. Maybe you should read everything again.
That was exactly the conflict; this guy lacked confidence and believed that Sei didn't love him the same way Suou loved him.
And they resolve it when Sei tells him yes, that he thinks about him all the time, and yada yada.

it was j plain jealousy yall. suou knew right from the start that sei is j like that, and he alr said bunch of times that he isnt okay with that—that sei gotta stop doing it (i mean come on who would want their partner leaning in that closely w other ppl). he didnt really feel like hes the same w everyone else but its more of seeing your partner close with other ppl and it makes you feel jealous.
He didn't say anything specific, just twitch and moan, hoping it would magically be understood that he was jealous because his partner was friendly with other people.
I get the jealousy but I hate the idea of having to manage your kindness because people might misunderstand your intentions.
