I think its because somehow he doesn't accepts his traumas but it is more like he projects it and weaponizes it (?), in such things like making the orchestra some sort of weird cult and having the obsession with controlling everyone's opinions about the prof ( i don't justify tho, I think he is just as insane in his own twisted way, but as a character we understand him better ig)
Exactly, he is traumatized. All his students are. One hates him, the other couldn't bring himself to play the piano and Condom feelings about Heejae are ambigous but it's pretty obvious is trauma response.
Garam and Heejae relationship would take too long to psychoanalyze
Honestly I get why condom is like that but at the same time I can't justify his behaviour.
