This is a very good explanation, but the point isn't that they're both hot... Enzo's the prettier one on any scale. It's also about the norm, that might be changing or not, but the norm isn't just a bunch of stories. It's all the covers that you look at with the twink-looking bottoms, which are practically some boring Shojos giving the woman's role to the smaller/prettier man.
I also like the ambiguous roles, as in anything could happen in their dynamic, but we (as the people who are against a verse at this point, lol) don't find it fitting the current flow. They might switch near the end of the story, but now it would just make no sense!
Y'all say Enzo is a pretty top, but I find that both of them are pretty and hunky, like don't they have a similar build? It would be different if Enzo were twinkier tbh, then I can call him a stereotypical yaoi pretty top w big lashes. Uno also looks fab and pretty to me, even in the face. Also, I feel like a lot of the popular BL manhwa on the front page features pretty tops like 'The Pizza Delivery Man and The Gold Palace' 'Codename Anastasia' 'Red String Quest' etc. and I don't rlly see ppl asking them to switch there in the comments there, like ppl are fine with the pretty seme and buff uke dynamic if you look at the comments. So I think the reason Bad Apple attracts ppl who wanna see them either switch or prefer Uno as a bottom is because of the way ambiguous way the dynamic has been written. Ofc, some ppl think the dynamic is clear. But to some it ain't.
