Yeah I think thats what they were hinting at too. Because he talked often about how he saw the love she had for him, but had his own duties that took president over everything else that could be important. But it is certainly frustrating that he only started recognizing his faults after she decided he no longer needed to try and flatter him
I don’t think so, I think that he knew that she loved him but he didn’t really care. Like I don’t think he hated her, but sort of just considered her another burden/duty he had to take care of.
