Like I said its getting released unter the "New" title in that magazine. There's no official English translation yet announced for the continuation and I don't think there's a current unofficial translation either, but the story does go on. No clue at which chapter its at yet, but the artist did post about it on Twitter.
hihi! its currently only released under the cheri+ magazine issues no word on a digital version. it currently has ‘7 chapters’ its called 堕落家族論 おかわり or Daraku Kazoku-ron Okawari! like the other person mentioned i would recommend following their twitter account to see when a digital release will happen (cmoa/renta)
would also mention its a short series serializtion as tsurukame is currently working on the webcomic version of 神南兄妹の苦難/ Kannami Kyoudai no Kunan so theirs no set schedule of new releases it has been occasionally posted on a few issues here and there
The story keeps being released using the magazine Sheri Plus as "Dysfunctional Family Theory: Second Phase!". I completly missed this and was also a bit disappointed with the ending, but found out about it yesterday hehehe
