To be fair about the poisoning, it's clear now that it's Moryeon being paranoid as the story implies none of the family did it, go back to chapter 6 the eldest Cheol refused to drink the tea Moryeon offered and looked at him with suspension. Whoever was behind the alpha poison either thought moryeon was one (which he didn't disguise himself as yet) or intentionally wanted Moryeon to be the scapegoat as the family clearly suspects him as much as he suspects them.
