Honestly i love how garam depicts and "understands" love. Love is an abstract phenomenon and cant be measured in numbers or in words even. Even though this isnt a healthy love/relationship he knows that heejae's type of love is different from his, but love nonetheless.
Heejae's love for garam is maybe smaller in others eyes than garams love for heejae. But they forget that the fact that heejae is capable for giving and showing this love is a feat in itself.
