I think Hyeon really got hit by the car cause he had bruise on his forehead the kind that you get from the impact of something hard collid with you... But I don't think that the Nanjo was driving the car or that's his car... ╮(￣▽￣)╭... Gonna find out in next episode...
I think he was indeed hit by a car, at that speed, the injuries that Mom got are common. It was a parking lot, the car wasn’t going at high speed. And I believe Nanjo was checking the cameras in his building with the guard, to see if Mok had finally left when he saw him getting hit by the car and ran to the parking lot to call an ambulance. After all, Nanjo mentioned that he knew Mok was wasted. He was probably checking the cameras this whole time waiting for the security guard to handle Mok once again.

Here is what i think.
I think Nanjo is the one who was driving that car, (or his driver) and that no car actually hit Mok. I think Mok passed out instead (he had been drinking for weeks, hadn’t eaten, and had cut his wrist), and then Nanjo saw that and came to help him and took him to the hospital. I think he knew where Mok was because the guard told him, and as we know, Nanjo is a well-known person, so the guard must have told nanjo about mok.
Or maybe Mok really was hit by a car, and the driver called the first person on Mok’s contact list… but I don’t know why I don’t believe that’s what happened. Because if that’s the case, where are all the car injuries right?
