This isn’t really the development I hoped for. I was hoping Mokyeon would be more independent and capable on his own. Learn to love himself and repent on what he did to Nanjo. This isn’t growth. There’s a difference between yearning and coercing. He is doing just about anything, even hurting himself, to make Nanjo meet up with him. That’s not healthy. Aside from that, did he even try and reflect on his actions? Realize that what he did was wrong? I don’t want him to just ignore the whole thing bc he realize he loves Nanjo. I wanted him to address it. To see that what he did was wrong. To repent. I wanted him to fix himself first and then comeback to start over. I feel bad for Nanjo. Mokyeon doesn’t try and understand Nanjo’s pov. And now he’s using Nanjo’s empathy just to make Nanjo do what he wants. That’s selfish.

    Author prioritizes drama over development

i think it’s still very early in to the new season and the author is still setting up the scene for any of - or all that to happen.
like right now it’s all just been a build up of mok-yeons self destructiveness and the depths to his mental health decline. i mean the title is borderline, which i may be wrong but i assume it’s been a hint to his fragile mental state. possibly even referring to the personality disorder. even in season 1 he showed signs of not being stable, like sunwhas birthday for an example. which shows a clear long lasting pattern of him being unstable along with the glimpse we have now seen into this childhood.i don’t see him solving on his own, if he hasn’t yet.

but he is now officially in a hospital where it’s is now recognized by others he’s not doing well, and can’t just be shrugged off.
to me it looks like to me he’s an i psych unit so i think stuff will really start to progress from here , now that the scene has been set!
along with finally getting nanjos pov (hopefully)
so let’s all be patient and let the author cook i have faith in danrim! especially since they even posted on twitter that it wouldn’t be a rushed reunion so let’s have faith!

dude we’re only 7 chapters in the new season and the first few chapters were mokyeon’s backstory, can you have patience LOL mokyeon having major character development and suddenly having a healthy relationship with nanjo in less than 10 chapters would be so rushed. and anyways, i think the way mokyeon is going down a dark path due to his obsession with nanjo is way more interesting than him suddenly being the green flag seme everybody wants

He is getting more annoying tbh. I'm not expecting him to get better all of a sudden, but it's so pathetic bruh I just hope the author don't rush their reunion, cause seriously he needs to get better mentally

The author said on Twitter it's gonna take a while for them to make up
