agreed. reading thru the novel and switching back to this to look at illustrations of the current arc i’m on and it’s like switching from heaven to hell. this manhwa skipped CHAPTERS and im like?? why adapt this if ur not gonna try to do a faithful adaptation. not asking for a one-to-one, and i understand skipping minor scenes if they don’t flow well in a visual form, but skipping important relationship developments like this did is crazy to me

I don't think the translation is the problem, the original scripting itself is ass. Whoever wrote or adapted this into a webtoon doesn't know what they're doing. It's like they have the memory of a goldfish as to where the story is at and which point to continue it from, or like they're cutting up random scenes from somewhere and pasting them together without much thought for making the sequence make sense.
