I don't think the translation is the problem, the original scripting itself is ass. Whoever wrote or adapted this into a webtoon doesn't know what they're doing. It's like they have the memory of a goldfish as to where the story is at and which point to continue it from, or like they're cutting up random scenes from somewhere and pasting them together without much thought for making the sequence make sense.
