screaming this again into the fucking void

Some of y’all have never been suicidal, nor had a loved one who was, and it fucking shows. Someone who’s suicidal can’t think clearly. I can’t believe I even have to spell that out for some of you. Being suicidal makes you believe that your life is a BURDEN to everyone you’ve ever known. Doesn’t matter if it’s a teacher, your parents, or even your own child who depends on you. It can make you think that child would genuinely be better off without you. It truly fucks with your mind on an extreme level that’s difficult to imagine if you’ve never experienced it yourself.
I have, if that wasn’t already fucking clear.

I’m not saying he’s innocent and that he didn’t make a mistake, but holy fuck can you not tell how much he’s grieving over the trauma his attempt inflicted onto his son? He KNOWS it’s his fault and he’s beating himself up relentlessly over it. He’s doing what he can to get Minho the help he needs, and he’s getting help from his brother and advice from others in order to do just that.

Calling people who have attempted “pathetic” is the type of reaction from someone that would influence more terrible thoughts inside of a person’s mind that’s clearly already as fragile as it gets. A suicidal person is already telling themselves that AND WORSE on a daily basis. Do you realize how much fucking damage reinforcing those negative thoughts can do? Worst outcome is that person attempts again and is successful this time.

We’re not talking about a real person here, but your thoughts about fictional situations and people reflect your real thoughts and it is that fucking serious. I genuinely hope some of you don’t think this way about real people who are suicidal, have attempted, etc. You cannot imagine how awful it is to go through and how much damage your unnecessary input can cause.
