I understand but Astana did have his own mind. There were times that he thought of doing against things but ultimately he had done things only for himself. For his benefit and his pleasure. Astana will only, in the future, do the same as he has done now. Why do you feel the need to let him grow and become a much bigger menace with more power? So he can hurt and kill more people? Astana will forsake anyone, if it is what he needs to stay alive.
Like you said, astana will forsake anyone to stay alive. His father is a dying ahole, and his mother is a manipulative wretch. If only Astana has atleast 1 good adult to guide him and not a Mother that controls and manipulates him, he wouldn’t turn this way. Vieze, on the other hand, is a born-evil. Astana thinks his mother is insane, sometimes he does against her. But his current situation will either have him live in a far away land or d!e with his mother, hopefully it’s the former. Id like to watch him live peacefully w/o a btch whispering shts beside him.
how tragic, that whenever i encounter a narrative such as this, my empathy goes to the villains, particularly the young. astana had not yet reached legal age, existing merely as a response to his environment & inherited perception of cold nurture. granted, he was defined by violence, but cruelty in children relies on force merely to preserve itself, after all, one cannot harvest affection where none was ever sown.
