i'm genuinely still so confused about it. Do real people run these accounts? Are they purposely uploading AI scanlations on top of decent ones?
maybe desirescan saw that i hadn’t updated since Sept 3.. i actually had an update on the 16th, but i hid it again because i wanted to fix some lines and make them sound more natural. then desirescan suddenly picked it up.
tbh, i feel like they’re mostly just using it to promote their site. they’ve even reposted my translations on their website before and made it look like it was their own scanlation
i can't even imagine being in your position. It sucks that we can't really do anything about them aside from wait till they learn and practice basic courtesy. But thank you so much for your hard work, I and so sooo many others appreciate what you do big time and will keep supporting you.
Thats so frustrating, not only do these people use ai, they straight up steal others translations ? Even now, when you have uploaded quite a few in a row, these ai translators upload their versions when it is not needed or wanted at all. They are turning basically what was a community ran fan translation system into a slop fest all for promoting their sites
Can these AI scanlations stop uploading over other people??? this is getting ridiculous. Every manhwa I open has this exact problem lately and it's so ANNOYING.
I thought there was a new update but no, just AI slopscan uploading an already uploaded chapter, with a way worse translation. （￣へ￣）
