I can’t remember doing thesis but in my Feasibility Study
I had like
Approval Sheet of the Committee
Executive Summary
Table of contents
List of tables
List of figures
Acknowledgement
Dedication
Chapter 1: Problem and its background
Chapter 2: Review of Literature and related studies
Chapter 3: Research Design
Chapter 4: presentation, analysis and data interpretation.
There’s many shit under those chapters that I didn’t include since Feasibility is broader than Thesis but yeah there should structure for your thesis,
I think it's better to have someone check the actual paper in person. as not every remark can be elaborated nor understood through mere chats/messages. preferably someone who's well knowledgeable of your topic and has not yet read your paper, they can provide you with how to better organize information in a way that both the well-versed and the curious can comprehend the contents without confusion.

How do you organize your data in your thesis especially if its historical? I am having a hard time on organizing all the data I gathered for my thesis if anyone can help me pls, I'd really appreciate any help I can get
