I don't think he manipulated mok at all, it was definitely the other way around. I also don't think Nanjo was ever shy just had a quieter personality than the 2 loud ones he was with. I do think some of the sexuality was new to him but that's about it. I don't think he's accepted any actual feelings for mok yet but has accepted he at least wants him sexually. I think he's still angry but does miss the sex so he's like fuck it, for now. We'll probably get some kind of fuck buddy relationship while Nanjo figures out his feelings. Maybe even toys with mok a little as payback. That would be fun.
