After thinking this through I have decided on my verdict that I hate this manga.

It is presenting this man as a saviour to this kid, but in reality he has not done anything to truly remove him from this evil society that has enabled his cruel suffering. The main character is no angel. He operates within the system and does not make enough of an effort to divorce the kid from this horrible shit that was forced upon him.

What would have let me like the story is if he made the kid interact with his sister, and the sister seeing this takes her brother in as her kid and raises him as he should be, instead of being relegated to being the stupid trophy wife of this nonchalant man.

how do you come to these conclusions after reading the manga

If you read the main story, and then think the uke is old enough, think about it, his younger sibling already has children, so logically the uke is old enough, it's just that he was made to be a test subject and his body was remade, his memories were erased, so he's like a child again, it's up to you whether you like it or not, that's everyone's own feelings.
