Y'all act like Yuri is some angel and Xinlu is the only problematic one. No he is not. Falling in love with a 12-13 year old while being 25 is not fucking normal. He is even weird asf, letting Xinlu drown because he was liking his beauty at that moment. It is weird. Now don't say he was mesmerized by his beauty. His pov doesn't say so. A 12 yo being a 25 yo's first love is sickening. Imagine a 25 year old man falling in love with a 12 year old girl. Yes we think of it as disgusting

Ok but like you’re just wrong because

    (1) Yuri’s POV explicitly explains it was because of his beauty. And that he only developed attraction to him as an adult.

and (2) Yuri & Xinlu literally talk about how saving a panicking child could have been dangerous, that’s why he waited till he passed out; even Xinlu acknowledges this despite wanting to kill the man who saved him.

Now Yuri’s work is what makes him “morally grey”. At this point in the story, Yuri has probably killed more people than Xinlu.

But he isn’t a pedo, that opinion is reserved for people who read with their ass and not their eyes.

What the hell??? This person is seriously hopeless. It’s obvious you didn’t understand what was actually happening. Yuri didn’t immediately save Xinlu because waiting for him to lose consciousness was necessary for both of their safety. And while he was waiting for Xinlu to pass out, he was simply mesmerized by his beauty, seeing him like a flower.

Are you seriously this incapable of understanding the difference??? Yes, it would be disgusting if Yuri had fallen in love with Xinlu out of lust, wanting to possess him, touch him, or for any other sexual reason. But that is clearly not what Yuri felt. Love can come from a deep impression, admiration, beauty, or a meaningful moment without involving sexual desire at all. You can’t just force your own desire-based definition of love onto Yuri and then act like that’s what the story actually portrayed

Yuri being a good, perceptive, and gentle person is a fact. But since RAGA focuses mainly on the development of XinYuri’s relationship, we don’t really know why he joined T&R. And yeah, Yuri himself admits that he’s not a completely moral person because he works for T&R. I’m not going to defend him on that either, because even Yuri himself acknowledges that his job is morally wrong.

But when it comes to slandering him and accusing Yuri of being a pedo, I’m not going to stay quiet. Yuri has already explained his feelings clearly enough, and yet there are still people like you who refuse to understand what the story is actually tell.
