I got past my disgust for the art style for the plot, I was expecting her to end up with another character seeing as the plot revolved around relationships and whatnot. (Instead of having an independent single strong female character, because that will never happen huh). But the authors are so lazy with this “we met as children” trope. I actually thought we’d see something different and it wouldn’t get brushed over but I have too high expectations. Clearly. Korean authors love doing that “he loves someone else but oh no he doesn’t” shit. The only way they can solve the conflict is by saying “nevermind, it’s not that”. Like bruh. That’s so boring.
