I don't understand the director motive, what does he actually want?????

This is the same question I was asking. Why kidnap wooju?? Cos he knows about his kid half-brother and decided to make his life miserable by messing with his best friend?? Who does that?

My theory is bcs director knew that doing things to jiheon would do less damage than to wooju, since jiheon is so smitten towards wooju
