I think she just fake his illness just to get attention or when the new doctor come. She suddenly 'cured' by her illness and of course the stupid Ml will blatantly believe all her shit cuz she's an 'angel'

I hope the doctor will reveal the truth and the husband realise that he is an asshole. Its funny because I always wanted to ship them just because they are married but its cut too deep. That moron was too rude and too stupid to have a happy mariage with the FL. I feel sorry for the Fl because even if she is the ruler she will not find love in her married life. At least in my opinion. Maybe the autor want to make them happy together just because we need happy end. Sadly in reality this relationship will never work.
