This story is based off of the Korean legend of the Princess of Nakrang so they're most likely referring to Prince Hodong? They say that it's someone we know very well so this makes the most sense because it's a pretty well-known story.
In case anyone is wondering about the story by the way, it's about a princess who is mislead by the person she loves (Prince Hodong) into betraying her country by destroying her country's sacred drum and flute (which were important because they warned of foreign invaders). This eventually led to the fall of her country, Nakrang, so it's a sad story. ╥﹏╥ Hopefully this story has a happier ending.
