file a complaint or give ur schools district a call to report him, no adult/teacher in general should be making you feel uncomfortable ever and im so sorry u have to go through that shit :/
sometimes, it's ok to lie just add few more things and tell it to your parents or another teacher which you can trust (by lie I mean things like "he touched my thighs while we were sitting" or smth he already looks like he would do that if you don't take any action)
try catching sum on tape or get other students parents to tell the school. like they said^^ schools hate bad rep. and if u really want to get this teacher kicked out, try recording or sumthing and uploading it on twitter with the school name
