i want to say the story is relatable, but for me it really is not. if she's like 9, isn't she too innocent? it also seems unrealistic that she's sharing about her periods with a boy and not her parent
She doesn't have a mother figure and honestly from what I would be feeling if I was in her shoes no matter how supportive a father is I feel like I'd be awkward to let my dad know I had my first period... ╥﹏╥ and yes she could've told her school nurse but in her 5th grade class they were making fun of a girl going through her period and since she was smaller than the other girls she didn't want them to make fun of her for growing to fast and since daichi caught her when she bled through her makeshift pad she had to tell him in the moment or else he would tell someone else and made a big scene where everyone else could see she beld through
