The story had a great start...kind of. I love the dramatics and trauma they put her through but their reasonings for kicking her out felt stupid the entire time. I kept imagining myself in their shoes. Like what would I do if I raised a child that wasn't mine, only to have another child come forward claiming to be mine. And at the end of the day, I would love the child I raised more than the child that came out of nowhere. I also understand there might be jealousy between them and I wouldn't kick my kid out for bullying the other one. That's when you ground them or tell them to start acting their age...I mean, they were like 20 right? The pointing fingers, crying, and tattling to daddy and big brother all felt super childish. Like at least make them 15-16 if you're gonna do that. On top of everything, the company she establishes to "get revenge" felt stupid. Like...how is that revenge? It felt like a very boring and long part of the story that wasn't necessary. In the end her medicine wasn't even used for any plot point of revenge.
I don't know where the rumor came from that it is custom for an American to kiss someone on the lips x'D This isn't the only manga where i've seen that. Just saying - if someone randomly kissed me on the lips I would back hand them. #America
This is so true! It's bothered me so much. Every single American character from every single genre of manga that I've read greets with a kiss on the mouth. I'm like, wtf? I mean, most Americans are pretty big on personal space. It's mostly European countries that greet with kisses on the cheeks. But there is a world of difference between light pecks on the cheeks and a full on kiss on the mouth. I mean, seriously.

Unfortunately, I would've preferred her ending up with the Duke. Don't get me wrong, at the beginning of the manga I loved her relationship with Roger....but at this point it just feels like the author is forcing them to be together. It feels like there's no chemistry between them. Whereas the Duke seems like his heart is genuinely there for her. And yeah, he tried to kill Roger but only because he thought Roger RAPED her and THREATENED her. Yes, he tried to do that behind her back but he thought she was too afraid to ask for help. Also, the constant puking in the few chapters after she had sex with the Duke convinced me that she was pregnant with his child but for some reason the author just....wanted her to be puking at everything for no reason? No appetite and vomiting = pregnant. Author "no that's just how disgusted she was by the prince"...o-oh...ok. o.e
It's okay, I'll go down on this I'll fated ship with you bestie lol
ill fated* lol
i was also rooting for the Duke because out of the three he seemed the most keen to what Crochetta wanted. His whole thing is that he didn’t want to see her cry which was a lot more noble than the prince and Roger who at the time was obsessed with having her as revenge. I just feel like Roger should have died because it’s starting to feel redundant. the whole story revolves around him instead of Crochetta focusing on leaving
