I was so excited when I saw the comments say this was poly; I’ve been waiting so impatiently for another poly story after reading Triangle Lovers, but now that I’ve actually read this, my disappointment is immeasurable…I can’t stand the warden!!!! He’s so sadistically high and mighty, acting like his “justice” doesn’t make him just as corrupt as the prisoners he’s punishing. I hate the way he treats Shen; I don’t want to even imagine him in a relationship with Jin-yi. Like you’re telling me he's going to be in a relationship with two people he has a massive power imbalance with and constantly abuses?!?!?! Just whyyyヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
I mean…yay?…I guess(⊙…⊙ ) Idk I’m kinda disappointed in the writing if everything’s just “solved” and Nanjo’s suddenly over the whole situation. Him showing up at the hospital and this whole conversation has felt so rushed…Hopefully we get his perspective soon, I feel like that would really help my mixed feelings.
