I hate the way he treats Shen; I don’t want to even imagine him in a relationship with Jin-yi. Does anyone else feel like Yeomin is weirdly infantilized? And I don’t mean his behavior because of his childhood trauma; I mean like how Yeon will make comments about feeling like he’s taking care of a kid, pick him up like he’s holding a child, and their insane size difference/character designs (like when they slept together for the first time Yeon literally made some comment about how prepubescent Yeomin’s body looked and how he couldn’t believe this was the body of a grown man). I really like parts of the story, but I can’t help but feel uncomfortable with certain scenes.
I don’t get why people are so offended by the switching comments? Both characters clearly enjoy topping, so of course people would actually like to see both of them top each other instead of one being forced into the bottom position like 90% of BL. I don’t even care about switch couples that much, but I do think it would’ve made sense for them to switch since they’ve both expressed a desire for being the top and it does make me a little uncomfortable since it’s such a common thing in BL for a ‘bottom’ to want to top but never get to bc their partner refuses and ignores their wants. But anyway, people are allowed to want for a story to go in a certain direction even if it’ll never happen; it’d just be nice if people could respect other people’s opinion cause this comment section is just so hostile.

I literally can’t go one chapter or post anymore that’s about Mo x He Tian without someone complaining they want more Jian Yi x Xixi. Why can’t people accept that Little Mo and He Tian are also a main couple? There is no side couple. I’m so tired of seeing people complain that they’re getting too much screen time/development compared to Jian Yi and Xixi. I don’t even know what people want from Jian Yi and Xixi; their story is so much more complete in my opinion. Does everyone forget the story started with Jian Yi returning to Xixi years after his disappearance? They’ve confessed to each other multiple times, and we know basically everything about their relationship since their childhood, but I’ve never once felt I wanted fewer chapters about them or more about Mo x He Tian. They’re still getting many chapters that focus solely on them, so please can we just appreciate both couples equally, and even if you like one more than the other don’t whine that the couple you dislike should get less screen time.
Can someone explain to me why so many people think Sol doesn’t love Ian? Immortal x Mortal is a pretty common trope I feel like, and it’s just kind of understood that when the mortal is reborn their soul is the same and the immortal loves them all the same. So I just don’t get this ‘Sol only loves Brian’ mentality. If it really bothers people to the point where they don’t want them to end up together why did you start reading a BL with this trope in the first place? Someone please explain because I feel crazy for not getting it ╥﹏╥

Hopefully the manhwa goes in a different direction than the novel because by the end of the story karas is still just an unfeeling psychopath who doesn’t care about anyone else besides abel (who he still hurts unintentionally like their first time together karas basically sa’s him) and what upsets me most is how passive abel is towards his behavior. I was really looking forward to seeing him grow and learn to care for others

I wish the author hadn’t made the ml so unnecessarily cruel and psychotic in the beginning (like, does anyone else remember in the first chapter he was randomly beating an omega with a golf club?? which he then never showed any guilt or remorse for) because now I just can’t get behind them falling in love even though he seems more genuine. I can’t even remember if it was ever explained why he originally wanted to torture and break the mc? Like he was planning the gang rape even before he found out about the fake prayers.

Brian and Ian are literally the same person!! The flashback is just his backstory so why are so many ppl upset? If someone has amnesia it doesn’t make them a different person at their core. Sol knows there’s a chance Brian/Ian will get his memories back so why wouldn’t he try to help him? It doesn’t mean he loves “Brian” any more than he loves “Ian”
