Well obviously but Omegas are usually supposed to know their heat cycles. Dane didn't know his heat was coming, he dismissed it as fatigue, a fever or a cold. It's either it was irregular or because special omegas like him don't get heat periods that much so he just didn't bother to keep up with unexpected futher events cause ' I don't get my heats anyway, when I get it I'll just fick like I usually do'
