I have a few recommendations that, unfortunately, do involve regression, isekai, reincarnation, transmigration, and time travel, but they have the disadvantage of 'not knowing anything in advance' even though they're supposed to, and some that don't even feel like OIs because of how little the regression/time travel/reincarnation is mentioned in the plot.
