Suuuuper off-topic but I find kind of weird how some people gets all "this is not a shoujo!1!1!1" as if their understanding of that demographic was "shojo = hs romance". Demographics are merely targets and inside each of them almost all genres and themes have a place. Don't be the typical idiot that thinks seinen is super serious and shit and shoujo is all about hs romance kiss kiss fall in love.
Tbh my understanding of shoujo mangas are just light hearted romances in general. Like honey lemon soda or sign of affection, yamada-kun to lvl999 no koi wa suru. Ngl I wouldn’t ever classify darker romance stories as shoujo, and that may not be technically correct but I typically wouldn’t recommend a dark romance story if a friend asks for a shoujo recommendation.
I usually LOVE every volume wheter there's drama or not because things are always entertaining, but this time in particular I felt as if the the author is kinda pressuring me to "forgive" that predator woman and it lowkey made me uncorfortable. It's like "look at her, poor her! It seems like things never go her way! Don't you feel bad for her?" and I'm like "No, IDGAF! ヽ(`Д´)ノ!" If that freaking p*do was a man, would the author be as willing to portrait *him* that way as well? I don't want to even think about it.
So, yeah, those were my feelings while reading this time ( ̄∇ ̄")
Why is this so cute and relaxing? I feel fluffy and at peace everytime a new page is uploaded ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
