You can!! Drawing skill can be learned. Just start drawing, don't get pestimistic if you think your drawing is ugly. Every artist in this world start from very ugly drawing, nobody can instantly draw so good, it's a result from years of practice. Just keep drawing and your drawing naturally will start improving
