I really like this story, y'know? It's reaaaally adorable...but the 21st century woman in me is getting irritated. Like, girl, you're going to the house of a guy you barely know, that no one knows you know, and without letting any friends or family know you're going there, when he's home alone? I think my brain is thinking a little too logically to enjoy this
Not to mention, I have a huuuuge pet peeve of guys telling you to cook for them, epecially when you have no responsibility do so. As someone who grew up in a country where society teaches that it's a woman's duty to cook for a man, it's literally a trigger for me

You have to understand this is Japanese culture. It’s catering to Japanese youth. Going to a male classmate house isn’t something common but a fantasy. His parents aren’t home and he’s inviting a female classmate? Doesn’t happen in Japan but that’s a fantasy for young girls. A simple hand holding is a big deal! So to go to a handsome boy house and cook for him is elite fantasy. It’s very Japanese. Being a housewife is a career goal still

First chapter was very funny but when she straight up mentioned his privates so regularly it truly made me feel uncomfortable and think about what everyone would think if the roles were reversed. It truly is seggual harassment. But they make it seem ok just cause the guy has a crush on her which is absurd
Yup reversed it could be weird, but let's not forget men worship their willies, so if a woman keeps telling a guy how beautiful his willy is, I'm sure most guys would be dancing on clouds, being so happy and shit.
Why did the dean explicitly ignore his request to have the T.A not be a female just because his niece asked? And not to mention, she's clearly under underqualified for the position. Does she know anything about chemistry? She's a humanities major.
So what if she's humble and quiet and never asks him for favours? What does that have to do with this? I'm sure he could have easily found a qualified male to take the position, but he just handed it to her cuz she asked.
