This is one of those rare times where I didn't have much thoughts after finishing a story. Everything was so well written and concluded. I just wish it had a little time skip to the future cuz I truly think they deserve to be together for the rest of their lives. Would have loved to see a snippet of it hoho.
All of the characters are so deep and complex it felt very realistic. Yoon especially had me feeling on edge. He feels like the kind of lover who slips by your fingers when you hold on too light or too tight. I felt anxious a lot while reading because of him lol. Shin on the other hand feels like he'll drag you right back (with consent ofc what a king) if you try to loosen your hold on his hand. They really do suit each other a lot. ( ◜‿◝ )♡
Binged-read this and now I've caught up some stories usually get boring when they reach 100+ chapters but this one just kept getting better and better.
Suryong feels like a tamer and a less crazy version of Chung Myung lmao he's just more of a proper teacher with a real passion for teaching unlike Chung Myung who doesn't really have a choice but to whip his sect into shape.
Also the mc is hot yeah but why is Namgoong Soo so pretty at first I didn't know if I should be envious of his beauty or crush on him lol now it's definitely both.
I ddin't know why I couldn't get attached to this story at first unlike other stories. Then I realized their relationship is really fragile and I'm scared they will have a sad ending so I keep stopping myself from getting carried away lol.
Also, I have a massive crush on side story Bihwan. The watch? The ear piercing?? The styled hair?? The uniform??? Sign me tf up hoho
So much stuff happened then it ended so suddenly I'm getting whiplash ◉‿◉ there were so many details that wasn't expounded on until they eventually just glossed over it like it wasn't a big deal (such as mc's past). Also, I feel like the misunderstandings near the end was kinda unnecessary and was just milked so much it got a little boring.
The ml's character development was nice to see though. Mc is kinda boring but he's great. Honestly, I expected worst because of the comments but this story's pretty good. Has lots of plot holes but good enough.
But I was really looking forward to seeing mc get that ugly ass mark removed and replaced with a new mark I'm kind sad they left it like that.
So excited for Synchro S2! This is the best side AU I've read so far. Not that I've read many cuz most stories doesn't have official AUs.
I'm surprised to know some people found the main story boring but I understand. It doesn't particularly have an interesting plot but I loved it. It's simple, raw, and realistic. The main story being the exact opposite of the AU was a big part of why the slow burn in Synchro was bearable for me. Not to mention my love for guideverse lol.
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! Ngl I found this story on a random person's album of raunchy yaoi scenes lmao. I'm a sucker for good art and character design so I thought I would find some hidden gem in there and I was not disappointed!
I have so many thoughts while reading this, it was such a wild ride. First of all, the genre and story is so unique I really enjoyed reading every single chapter. There are some confusion here and there but the important parts are quite easy to understand.
I was so scared to like Doha in the beginning cuz I had a feeling he's going to be one of those toxic manipulative mls. I was pleasantly surprised about how the author went about with his character. They didn't paint him as a randomly toxic ml who just happened to be obsessed with the mc. His character is actually deep and most of his actions have logical/emotional reasons behind them. I'm not saying everything he did was right. I also didn't like how he manipulated some things/people to cater to his preferences. But he's much more reasonable and obedient than I thought he would be. A major green flag is how he mostly never does things Bada wouldn't approve of, especially in bed. I just really like how his character was built, it was very well thought out. Also, they would have all been doomed if he wasn't a part of the group. That's how dependable he is.
Same goes with Bada. I honestly think he's my favorite uke out of all the bl I've read so far. He's a balance of rational, smart, and quick witted as well as soft (mostly towards Doha lol), understanding, and emotional. Not just them, but every single character was well written and drawn. I don't say this a lot but this is the kind of story that I would pay to read again for the first time. Great read

This is such a touching chapter, it reminds me again that Chung Myung really does carry a lot of burden in his heart. And the elders getting atleast 20 yrs younger physically I can't they deserve everything
