After rereading the one-shot, I realized that I got somethings wrong, and I am sorry for that.

Okay, so all I can remember of this manga are short bits, this may be a one shot.
Parts I remember: - The main character has his name written on the school chalkboard for I think after school thing. He just thinks it is a bullying trick. - He goes home and when he goes to sleep wakes up at school about to fall off the school's roof only to be saved by a old friend. - He was selected to part of a afterschool program that are suppose to watch and record the spirts of the school that are baby urban legends - They are advised to sharpen one of their nails to help them break out of any spell the spirits may catch them in - The main character draws - Spoilers that I remember; his spirit that he was watching and painted was a doppelganger and one of the member's died from their spirit, I think her spirit was called the red cloak.

Parts I remember: 1) Seme (I think) leaves for some reason 2) Uke plans to sleep with girls while Seme is away 3) Uke starts to get lonely; starts to clean the apartment; only smokes outside 4) Seme returns and Uke threatens him with a knife for leaving him 5) Turns out Seme was stalking Uke this whole time.
