for me thankfully i rarely ever get cramps and when i do i would probably rate them anywhere from a 5-7. but there has been a few times that i had them so bad i was genuinely bed bound from the pain. but for the most part its nothing a heating pad won’t fix reply
i’d say my average is about 15 but sometimes i’ll get as little as 5. and honestly despite how many updates i’ll get i probably only actually actively read about 5 reply
