i’ve never real scene a mc that is so clearly complex but the author does it by allowing us to only see it. he really doesn’t talk about it much, and if he does is clearly vague. i don’t know if we’ll actually see what made him this way but most of it is clearly reasons in the present that confirms who he is. i really like it, even his relationships expecially with the fl is so interesting. its just been some great shonen out lately and this is clearly one of them.
it’s clear he’s mourned the relationship and although he’s seen saddened by it that doesn’t mean you wanna get back with them. also i think her being a child is gonna allow her to see him differently and probably not in a romantic way.
i get we’ve been all traumatized by some of these shonen but i don’t think this is gonna be one of those.
i have strong feeling the husband went back based on his changing of behavior. but i think our fl is strong and isn’t going back to him, i mean we lowkey see that in the first chapter shes sticking to her plan. also the artwork is gorgeous !!
