dude after my 3rd yr of waiting for this to come back i just knew it wasnt but im still clinging onto some hope bc it genuinely is so interesting and far exceeds all other plots (no glaze its the truth), the thought put into the first and only 24 cha is gen so good
ily 5ever The Wilting Light i hope the best for the author
i think ryan by far the most flawed and complex character in this series. his story was told in different orders that threw a lot of many people off but in the end, he was a sefless man after all. you might not agree but remember, creating the solution was to give the half breeds a chance at having an advantage, helping lucaon out of his own merit, sparing Christopher, etc. he's almost cruel but he was also a person who faced so much. he lived for so long, too long and he eventually let go. he wasnt someone who flew too close to the sun rather he didnt get close enough. i sympathize with ryan a lot, his coldness and distance was very much reasonable. MIND ALL OF YOU, HE DOESNT KNOW KYON. he acted harsh because he (KYON) put his (honorary) son at risk after saving him from critical corruption years ago, sihan and lucaon were his kids he reasonably didnt need to gaf about outsiders. i wont blame kyon for anything but you have to realize that in the end, ryan was very much reasonable, hes not a villain, hes just a man thats been holding so much stuff in until the very end. give bro a rest
i had dropped this the moment luminas gave off main lead vibes because you're telling me aisha's whos still immature at the beginning, restarting her life and reliving a childhood she quite literally never had, basically a child is a good fit for LUMINAS an ADULT god supposedly who isnt even on the same mentality as her
A little spoilerrr about Luminas

I heard they weren’t meant to be together at this lifetime and the supposed next one, it is said that their hearts were connected though and either way, they will be happy together after like 2 lifetimes where they reincarnate into normal humans with no memories of past whatsoever!!
bringing attention to their age bc im pretty sure ch 5's 4-5th panel is confirmation !!!ilya was 13 !!!! ig he just looks more mature for that face card effect
Yeah it's not you it's the op, and also yeah I get that but you literally learn placements (1st 2nd 3rd) in the 1st grade so I don't think there's any excuse..also I wouldn't have worded it that way if it wasn't for the fact that they're spreading misinformation so proudly before reading what it actually is
i feel like hatred towards dulan was really unwarranted coming from carynne because although she did go crazy with what she was being told when she was young that didn't really give her an excuse to SET UP DULAN and indirectly giving him a stutter... !!!FROM SPOILERS: dulan is a good guy apparently, i could see it here BUT, with how the author writes him, IN THE MANWHA at least he seems really morally grey and is always in the conflict of being bad and being good. honestly if he was tweaked just a bit TO NOT be really messed up sometimes (this is from his own behavior, not caused by carynne or anything) then it wouldve been a good set up for a second male lead, because he REALLY does have good intent the EXECUTION with his writing is really what drove everyone off. like i genuinely could sympathize with him, not excusing what hes said to karynne, because he was trying to benefit and help genuinely !! but again with how hes written as "i love this woman, im a good guy and i really do want to help her out but I HATE HER not for the reason she gave me a permanent stutter but because of no reason explained that i am so morally conflicting".
i just think they did dulan really dirty man if they NEVER added dialogue about how much he hates her and how conflicting he is then he and karynne admittedly MIGHT work out better than karynne and raymond!! crazy to say out loud but its kind of true.
ALSO if his dialogue ABOUT his hate for karynne were never implemented, the story will still turn out the exact same. idk if its just me but him NOT saying that will have people sympathizing for him more. OBVIOUSLY he doesnt need to be wholeheartedly good some hate warranted towards her wouldve been valid because again her reason for trapping him was never explained!! she just always thought he was a creep with no other context and YES he DOES seem like a creep! i will admit but ill tell myself it was just karynne not wanting anything to do with boys when she was little. still i think it wouldve been good for him to progress into not exactly forgiving her but more of a "you did this, i remmeber it but i wont exactly hold it against you anymore" wouldve been so much better for him
I think I like the fact he hates her at some level. Because for him he hasn’t lived all these lives with her he only lives the one life he has lived the her in that particular timeline (idk how to construct that sentence) and each time he only has memories of her locking him in a room with dogs that mauled him. She didn’t just give him a stutter she effectively ruined his life and he could have died.
That emotion warring with his growing love for her makes him a little odd but God I love how his character is built because he could so easily be the villain but he’s not.
(The real villain is her mom ngl)

The novel is here bitches
i just figured something, at the beginning minjun was in debt and daiki asked if he wanted minjun's ex to be killed but minjun said no, just break 2 ribs. daiki then said somehitng like "that would equal about 1 year" but he expected minjun's ex to be killed instead. what if daiki were to really kill the ex, would minjun stay longer?????
I dont know why people argue who ends up with who in threesomes. Like the author planned this out so that the uke would end up with both of the semes. The plot isn't going to change so if you still think that Cain should end up with Jooin, literally Jooin is going to end up with both of them. And sooner or later there's going to be character development for all the main characters.

i love white haired characters but its when they're tan/brown/darkskin it starts to get overused so when he finally ascends i HOPE they dont give him white hair, him sticking to the original dark hair is WAYYY better
like maybe they'll do it to directly contrast anubis's black hair but like COME ONNN let the man keep his dark hair
No they wont. We haven't seen any gods change their characteristics upon ascension save for the makeup thing. Horus hair turned white because of the immense infinite power of wadjet which is not compatible with his current body. Yk like how u cant run a high gb sophisticated software/game on outdated or old model low spec pc. He barely took a sneak peak n that was alrdy overwhelming. Like anubis he will retain his black hair maybe theyll grow long into wavy locks or straight like isis. Also he is gonna have makeup. Thats for certain. Anubis was bare faced pre ascension n had a glam update. So expect eyeshadow and wadjet ankh art on horus heterochromic eyes
Always nice to see you here gove'na'!
U put me onto this n i never left since
Hahahahaha how so!!!!
