I was considering forgiving the grandmothers for their neglect and emotional abuse. However, seeing young Haruka with a black eye and a swollen cheek completely sucked all forgiveness out of me. That is going beyond discipline and is just straight abuse.
Yeah it's WILD that the author had me feeling the teenist bit of forgiveness but then BAM broken and battered Haruka he's such a sunshine boy now I hate to see him suffer
