Why do I feel like the mom is going to abandon them. Moreover, that guy she is seeing looks like a con artist. Next thing you know, he wants to take over the MC business ventures and suck the family dry of their money and make a run for it. If the mom is really going to abandon them for a man, I would have preferred her to pass from grief. Though that may sound bad.
I feel like the plot declined by the last 20 or so chapters. I thought communication was getting better between the characters, but it somehow worsened as their relationship progressed. I was confused when the omega seemed to start hating the alpha, nearing the last chapters. I'm assuming it's because he got pregnant and has a bad mindset towards pregnancy. Honestly, the end is just really shitty.
This is why I said that asshole's parents should go to jail. Even now, they want to blame Owen like be so for real. The evil bastard of a cousin was likely not even treated for his psychosis, given his reaction to the diagnosis (calling the doctor a quack), and the parents believing that he's all innocent and shit. No, your son tried to rape his cousin and was conducting evil experiments; he needed to be sedated and locked in a mental hospital
Once again, I feel so bad for all the omegas tested on and those who died, and the bonding partners of the omegas as well. I feel like that piece of shit died too easily, he should have been tortured to death just like what he did to the omegas. Also, I think his parents should be held accountable as well. You can't tell me they were completely unaware. Like your child was diagnosed as psychotic, however, you are aware that he's playing scientists somewhere, studying God knows what. Throw them in jail because, without their money and power, that evil bastard couldn't have done all of this.
I completely agree with the king's decision. The FML needs to understand that what she does affects more than just her. All those around her are affected by the decisions she makes, and, in the guards' case, sometimes they risk their lives when it's not completely necessary. I understand the prince fell in love with FL because of her strength and kindness, and he likely doesn't want her to change. However, as a future queen, she can't act like this forever. Also, what happens when she has kids? Will she always jump into fire (figuratively) to save others, not thinking about the kids she may have at home? Her actions can be partially seen as selfish, as she wasn't thinking about how family and friends feel when she endangers herself.

Honestly, I truly pity the ML. He will continue to live for thousands of years, only to be alone. Worse is that her lifespan of 100 years must feel like a couple of months for someone who lives that long. He will essentially be forced to watch other dragonkin and friends around him find mates, have kids, and grow old together, while he'll likely never experience that. Especially, because he is willing not to change the relationship between himself and MC into a romantic one if MC only wants it to be platonic. This genuinely sucks for him. I kind of wonder if the author made the MC a child so that ML would have more years together with her, compared to if the MC were at least 18/20. Or that's what I hope the reasoning behind the age gap is. Anyways my point is I feel bad for the ML who will outlive her drastically and live a lonely life for millennia.
