Most misunderstood character - CEO father. He seems chill af....almost naive when it comes to handling his children. If given the chance I'm sure he would spoil both, especially Mario, until they're tired of him. I want an extra of a proper family meeting not just at the airport, I'm sure a family dinner would be hilariously AWKWARD
They DESERVE to have a volume 2! I want to see them happy, blissful, rose-color days! I want him to get better and better at seeing people's faces, like that milisec when he saw the shop owners' faces as they kindly smile at him! They're both so genuinely loveable despite their trauma and circumstances, I need MORE of this wholesomeness!
Asami is a thought woman, the strongest character from the very beginning. Being a Yakuza wife is mostly a social role. Asami is a smart and strong woman, she loves her husband, but she knew that his love has to be shared, and she accepted it that’s why she’s his wife in the first place, couldn’t have been anyone else. Not easy being the wife of a Yakuza, most of the time it’s arranged, they’re lucky that she was at least in love with him. He loved her too, I’m sure if it was between her and the son and Rogi hanging on the cliff, he would save them first. But he would also then jump after Rogi even if it means they die together.
How is it possible that with every new update I love them both even MORE? Shizuma went from green flag to green tree to green Amazon forest. He’s raised the standards so high how am I expected to face men in reality???? And Minato is more loveable with every chapter. He’s a flawed character but he has a good heart, I can’t help but sympathize and I want to spoil him rotten too, so I understand how Shizuma feels!
Other than finding love and making that his new purpose, I feel like Susumu hasn’t really moved forward at all on a personal level. He’s a stagnant character, and their new relationship doesn’t seem to inspire much change in him yet. Realistically I understand that it takes time to move on from a life you once knew but can no longer have, but I feel like this needs a second volume to be truly complete. Plus from before meeting Tobias, it seems like Susumu is unexpectedly the fickle type anyways who’s not attached to anything or anyone but the piano. He needs character development….still!

An extra about innocent big round eyes Harutaka pushing down cool mature Hime-san and making a MESS out of him is a NEED. We were given CRUMBS of it with the hickeys and couch scenes but we need the WHOLE DAMN MEAL!
