I don’t find any of these hard to read, but I know my friend did. Though I’m not sure how you’ll take them, as some are more psychological and others are more focused on gore.

This manga was so messed up for I had to stop reading smut and all I read was fluffy Yaoi mangas!

If you want to read some straight-up messed up stuff (that's reeeaallly difficult to read) just head over to the 'ero guro' genre; the popular ones ik are orc bride and feeding lamb, but I'm pretty sure u know those already tho :/ I don't have any particular suggestions, but the author 'nishin masumi' is a good place too start
