What's the story about? There's no synopsis
This is amazing, one of the best current ones. It's about Serena whose entire family died in a carriage accident and her grandmother to save the family made her get married to Eiser, and she thinks Eiser wants to kill her. The story starts 2 years later when she leaves her depression and misery to start taking control back of her family's hotel, with the husband she hates helping her
This story sucks, doesn't live up to Candy.
The author built up tension only to ruin it with S/A, and although fans are very much used to authors putting S/A in their work and often call it out. The question remains WHY? In this particular story? Far as I can remember Candy and the professor were consensual all the way? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Enzo doesn't give top energy and he sucks at it too, MC should've taken the lead there, it would've most likely been better.
ML's personality sucks, he sucks in bed and MC is just overall more fun and interesting to watch, Idk, the author could have made a more charismatic ML, all he's got is a pretty face but overall gives mes the creeps, his creepiness definitely overshadows everything else.
To each their but I stopped reading after that first intimate scene, the whole selling data thing wasn't interesting enough, ML is a disgusting menace and he's forced onto the story not to forget he's a total kill joy. I find that there is close to ZERO chemistry between the MC and ML, at first the author made us believe there would be, but the more they interact and we see ML the more boringly streotypical psycho he seems to be. He's uninteresting and takes up space needlessly, the MC is so charismatic he should've gotten a partner that would be just that in their own way, not an uninteresting weirdo.
The art has really been incosistent with season 2.
Either the artist is struggling with their health or they got an assistant with a different artstyle or both?
The story has good plot, the art definitely used to amplify the story's plot, I feel like as you read the first season and the author's previous popular work you get an idea of their artstyle, I'd say it improved in this story but kinda went downhill in the second season, almost don't recognize Guwon, sometimes it feels like sketches that were not very well colored and put together as a chapter.
Idk I thought the art and the vibe we so spot on initially, it'd be better to preserve the work's quality by letting the author serialize at a slower pace.
Really? Then you should definitely compare panels from both seasons, there's a lot of anatomical inconsistencies. The author actually got way better at that in season 1 compared to the convience store manhwa but in season 2 it feels like Guwon's face keeps looking different each time also the anatomy is not as accurate as it was in S1, heck I'd say even the coloring is not setting the tone as well as it did in the first season, it's even starting to feel a little rushed
Stop roasting this boi, he has one or two sisters with his same gender that have had a lot of kids, so yeah it's possible for women to do that too. So he will most likely think Josh was with a woman. I don't remember if he starts to suspect the women in his life again.
Alright this is the last time I'm gonna say there's nothing like an omega being bound forever. Alphas after being marked can't smell other omegas pheromones can't get them pregnant but omegas aren't bound completely. i explained as simply as i could and again read the explanation by Winston in the manhwa if not the novel
I think it's poorly explained in the manhwa but basically Grayson doesn't remember the gender of the omega that knocks him out and even after that second situation since two genders were in that room he had quickly seens two chests, that's all he remembers in the novel, he just automatically assumes the woman was the dominant omega, he doesn't assume it's the male, probably because of his stature.
The way that bullet flew by mc’s face, it split the panel in half and it denotes a split in personality almost like he disassociated, even his eye color slightly changes, not only that he also did not flinch, I think strong responses sort of trigger another side of him. Idk y’all, this whole thing might be an experiment being done on a specific area instead of the whole world and Guwon probably knows more than he lets on. The plot is plotting but our main character is most likely not the innocent type, I think he might be some sort of agent or something and he might have simply lost his memory, imagine if he were undercover but the trauma made him only remember the civilian part of his life or maybe he was programmed to die but broke the hypnosis? Idk, there is something similar between him and Guwon, they both have a morbid darkness about them
I noticed that too, but I feel more that he has DID (dissociative identity disorder) similar to the movie ”Split” and “Criminal Minds” season 4 episode 20; I think the mc situation more accurately reflects criminal minds in the sense his split personality is “protecting” him by not only attacking others in his sleep but keeping him from remembering. I imagine it similar to when you cover a child’s eye when an intimate scene or horrific scene plays on a movie you don’t want to scar them. This is my take/guess
That’s such an interesting addition. I didn’t want to pin it on multiple personality disorder thinking I might be way off, but that seems possible. I wonder if guwon has actually met the other side of mc and actually likes both sides. Might be why he said they are similar, probably cause Guwon is a yandere type of personality.

although the art is beautiful the story takes too long to develop. It's not that great and makes itself sound super deep when it's not, super drawn out, there's too much useless dialogue that would be more fitting for a drama than a manhwa read.
Just super repetitive, the art carries the story. Eiser is also smart but pretty dumb at the same time, if you like the girl then try to get closer to her properly. He's always going on and on about manipulating her to do what's best for her but dude keeps kying to himself, if you're going to "manipulate" her at least be nicer about it. He's emotionally dumb. She's fiesty and has personality but though we constantly hear about her being wary and scared for her safety, someone like that would be wary of everyone, not just her husband? That's very weird, she has it out for him exclusively, she's not that smart. She's got personality but she's kinda dumb. They just all keep going in circles, needlessly and they are portrayed as smart but they rarely surprise us. Also, we don't need to see them fo every little thing and hear every single thought, it makes it longer. Eiser is the classical protective man who will insult you and your intelligence but really he loves u. Mf is toxic, I'm more interested in her lover, he's more rounded. I feel like Eiser was supposed to make us feel ambiguity by not knowing if we should love or hate him but Frederick's character does that better.
