Its pretty choppy, the artsyle compensates some but so far slow going. The plot moved quickly so we don't really settle with the character, so far a spoiled brat with few prospects. I don't see how this can be a compelling read...?
Seems like the author wanted to get straight into this rapey fantasy, considering one woman on an island with a bunch of criminals. Like cmon.
