that if Fei can't sleep it means Yoh is not there to relieve him....I mean, after seeing them together in the manga and Yoh calling Fei by first name many of us thought there was something more between the two of them, something going on from the time of the novel, not that they were a couple but that they may have had sex more than once yes. But now Fei has nightmares for days and to sleep he asks Mikhail help.....why not ask Yoh first? Is he still injured? How would he take the news that there is something between Fei and Mikhail? Well, the main question is how Fei feels toward Mikhail but I'm afraid it's still too early to answer that.....and what if Mikhail falls in love with Fei? That would complicate things, love makes you frail when you don't need it (like during a mafia war)

The author said in an interview that she would elaborate on the relationship of Mik/Fei and that Yoh was out of the equation.
I don't really think that Yoh expected anything more, I'd say there more like friends now. But that is of course my guesswork.
Then again i'm pretty sure that Mikhail ALREADY is in love with Fei Long. And for Fei Long, I guess he'd probably not even realize how much he liked Mikhail, let alone admit it to himself.

Because Fei may not be too attached to Mikhail, not even after sex, but Mikhail is really taken by him, maybe not in love but we already know how far he could go for him, plus add the thing Mikhail thinks Fei still has feelings for Asami, that's what Mikhail thinks and we know it, true or not,so.....or is the key of the chapter in the sentence "you're life is mine to take"....which gives me shivers....I mean of course if Fei wanted Asami dead he already had all the time so that's not the right meaning but still I ask myself which is the clue we need to understand the story further, because mangaka said so, I wonder....well basically she has material to go on with the story for a loooong time, a very looong one

If this was an important stepping stone and not only to bind the end of the warehouse fight to the beginning of the new arc, than the stepping stone must be in Fei Long's action as Asami and Akihito simply do not act here (they can't).
I read this before somewhere and it combined with my impression that Fei Long was on the verge of doing something. Of trying to sort the whole problem out himself, because he wants to protect Asami and Akihito and the relationship they have.

what we know is that Fei and Mikhail had sex "properly" and not as an exchange favours like before, so possibly realtionship between Fei and Mikhail will change from now on.... which makes me think.... if Mikhail should go against Asami, would Fei be on Mikhail's or Asami's side? Would he be neutral? How is this chapter setting the story from now on? What about Yoh? Let's not forget Mikhail thinks Fei has still feelings for Asami, at least that's what he thought before, we don't know yet after this chapter, wish it were December already! I presume from what author wrote it won't be an extra but story going on

I just wanted to provide information and unless you haven't read it yet, the "delay" with Finder is due to the last chapter of Crimson Spell (yes, finally after all these years let's hope Vald and Havi will be together!!!!), so possibly with the end of it she can totally dedicate to her main work Finder....
I think she's also working on another Finder tankoban release (which would call for redraws, possibly extended scenes, and the extras to be packaged along with it).
