FL was smart but she kept changing her mind but it was done so flatly that it was just plot device. Things moved due to her wishy-washy ideas. She came in strong and smart… but all of a sudden she was just agitated throughout and while readers could say yeah that’s logical, the pacing and the storytelling didn’t allow her to earn that kind of character. Welp. Ending could have been done with better with one last chapter where she just spirals into a montage of things she could have done better to make the ending land. I see the vision but the execution was sloppy. Still was a good read to pass time.
There’s one thing that keeps bugging me at the back of my mind, and it’s how bad he could have possibly smelled.
But over all I liked this!

I have seen them grow and go through so much (and wow just the scheming and the plotting was so perfect I esp gasped so loud when they kept mentioning his honey tea and his health and his sugar. I was like… are they tryna induce diabetes??? And when he started becoming easily irritable and needing ice cold water… that hit me. The foreshadowing on that one was chef’s kiss. But to find out who did it was not who I thought it was… phew!
Sidetracked lol. I hope we see glimpses of their happy life and Tia still joining in as her husband’s strategist but with less darkness.
