It is simple, if anyone says no and truly does not want to have sex then it is rape. It is also rape if you get permission awhile they are drunk or unable to make a decision. My opinion is that, it is a rape in every case the person dont want to have sex, yet he/she is doing it by force. If raper manage to find a point where the person feel good, doesnt mean that he/she still want the specific raper to make it feel good. He/she must be disgust after this and have no good memory.
