Im bad at explaining a summary but im looking for this yaoi manga. The only thing i can remember is its a supernatural story, if im not mistaken theres some couples in there and they all met from this "underworld" bar which managed by a semi-demon(?) and a black cat who is his lover. Other pairing is a three tailed fox and a snake. Last one is a spider and i forgot which kind of ceature is he

ik this sounds rude and im not supposed to give an opinion but srsly if theres a manga/webtoon with poor translation, i always drop it right away. ik i should be grateful for free stuffs plus i cant translate as well, but o well
To be fair, at least you just drop it, many people like leaving nasty comments which makes the translator feel bad

Because I just saw earlier complaining of poor translation of a certain manga, and commenting a very degrading terms.
I dont but serious scenes are kinda ruined when grammar is super bad lol.
Anyway, I think its super rude of people to insult translators, but if your English is not really that good, just come here and ask for proofreader. There is always someone that is willing to help.
But I've seen few stories where ppl just wanted to translate it and have used google translate... Pls dont do that xD .

Nah, I know the pain, if it’s completely horrendous then I drop it but usually if it’s a good story and art, I just try and power through it since people are doing their best.

errr last time I read about that was when they trolled here, so that was in 2017 I think? someone was triggered because some people uploaded lezhin series here (yeah it's bad but some of us just don't have the money to buy every chapter)
and they were reporting every lezhin series, and at the same time there was a huge bug in here, like everyone got their accounts suspended and default set as anonymous (btw the Feeds column was full of comments about Boku no Pico lol) and so everyone was scared mangago would be shut down
and in the end a hackers group from here got fed up by Bitch-san and they apparently threatened them? that's what they posted here anyways
what matters is that they were never seen here again ╮(￣▽￣)╭
(just checked, drama started around early March 2017 and went on till August 2017, that time was a trollfest lol)

i think it's normal. there are some great mangas i missed out on reading because of the art. i don;t like characters with super sharp v-shaped faces. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ but hey, i've read some of them when i had nothing better to do and they're great lol.

Art is subjective and your taste will mature with age. Maybe 5, 10 years from now, those titles you find unappealing will be something you'd take an interest on. So just enjoy the ones that do keep your interest now. No point forcing yourself just because someone said it has a very good story.
Don't feel bad. I dropped and picked up a manga because of its art. Its perfectly normal. Heck, it took me 8 tries to read angel densetsu because i was scared of the MCs face. And his face was intentionally drawn to be scary. So eirher kudos to me for reading through it, or kudos to the author for making me come back to read a fantastic story. Just come back to it later. Maybe your taste will change.
