Both could have communicated better hiyori could have said it in a better way that he is bothered by the distance or relationship between rennosuke and the doctor and not saying the last parts. I understand both sides but hiyori shouldn’t have said what he said saying if rennosuke liked the doctor and also rennosuke shouldn’t have reacted that way, he should have tried to talk with hiyori on why he said what he said because he is still someone you love you should understand where they are coming from. If i was in hiyori’s shoes i would also have reacted like that, i would also feel uncomfortable about what happened in the clinic and everything. But still they are just kids learning how to build a relationship so i wish they have a good talk and a big fuck u to the doctor
