It was cute. I absolutely adored the baby. But I just don't understand why the artist chose to portray bonding in such a oppressive way. Like for me the bonding in omegaverses feel so special.
I feel the same way too, coz in omegaverse isnt bonding like equivalent of marriage, it's like a sacred thing between lovers or something. But I feel like the author might be indicating that they could love each other without being tied to another.. but we dunno if the story continues for more specials we might see them bond
Depending on which ABO you read, bonding is actually worse for omega than alphas. Because alphas can bite as many omega as they want but omegas will only have one alpha. And omegas can’t break the bond but alphas can just leave them. I don’t know for sure if this what the author was thinking for their story but it seems like the bond is only favorable for alphas outside of heat management? Idk they never really explored it and that’s what made the whole big fight even more frustrating.
You summed it up perfectly. I think the artist didn't explore the major conflict at all. It was all rainbows and sunshine then bamm they fight and boom they make up :v that's why it felt very weird and surface level.
Mature, reliable, gentle ML with a tiny bit of dark aura. It's like the perfect recipe for a green forest. We girls dig this type of men. Our ideal type. I absolutely loved him. The story was also despite being short was written very well. It didn't felt rushed or anything. The FL was also strong And knew what she wanted. I loved their relationship. The smut was smoking HOT.
I would say this is one of the straight smuts which actually had a solid storyline and the smut to story ratio was spot on. And the biggest plus point was that the smut didn't feel like straight C grade porno which is basically the case of mostly 70-80% straight smuts especially the short story ones. I actually enjoyed the smut a lot.
The alpha was surprisingly very gentle and sweet. It was a very wholesome story.
Pleaseeeeeee I want to see Zigril's pov. What he thinks and how he feels. Like does he crave Kay's love even if it's for a little bit.

Zigril is the emperor and a bit of a sociopath. He gets what he wants which is "Kay stay with him". But he also knows when sth is off like that part when he says when Kay gets that look, he feels thirsty = wanting more and why he gets the appeal of the mirror. But he is super confident and never has ever needed to doubt himself = never had to care about how others view him. His thoughts are probably all "I want" sentences.
Please please just this once please end up with the person who was genuinely there for the FL when she was at her wits end without expecting anything in return. Who genuinely cherished her loved her accepted her. And not the person who used her as an incubator for his beloved lover. Don't be "True Beauty" please. It would be miserable for the 2nd lead.
First and foremost the art was MAGNIFICENT. it was truly one of the best arts. And now the main part I really want to what was going through the author's mind when they thought about this storyline. Like do they have a breastfeeding kink or something? But I will say the artist did a very great job at not portraying it creepy or disgusting. I loved how the ml was soooo respectful throughout the story. I absolutely adored him for that.
The story could have been sooo creepy and weird but the author pulled it through. I loved the romance and how playfully oblivious and sweet the FL was. The friendship, the development all were super cute.
